LIve stream Yoga
When it’s safe we can return to indoor yoga at the Three Oaks Village Hall for Sunday Slowflow (stay tuned).
In the Spring we will return to outdoor yoga in Three Oaks (outside the community garden on Sundays), Fernwood Botanical Garden (Saturdays) and a new class at Chikaming Open Lands (Tuesdays).
WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY 10am-11:15am (NO YOGA January 22nd)
WEDNESDAY 7pm-8:15pm Yin-Nidra (yogic-sleep meditation).

Wednesday’s Yin-Nidra is a special Mid-week Ritual where we will focus on restoring and nourishing our overtaxed adrenals and minds. After some gentle movement, you will go into savasana and I will guide you through pancha maya kosha (the five layers of self). Feel free to practice in your pajamas for this one. Read about the benefits of Nidra here.
All classes are available by live stream. All classes are (EST) time zone.

All classes are Slowflow and involve a creative fusion of qigong warmups, dynamic yin-yang, vinyasa and holding poses, breathwork and mindfulness. We will build strength and cardiovascular capacity by linking postures with flowing vinyasas to develop core stability, hip and shoulder opening and spinal flexibility with variations offered for all levels. As we grow our body-awareness of our subtle anatomy and harness our “bandhas”, the practice becomes lighter and brighter.
The intention of our practice is to:
- strengthen and stretch your muscles
- re-sculpt your connective tissue
- release your anxiety and tension
- focus your mind and sharpen your sensory awareness
- cultivate compassion for self and other
- restore your whole system toward greater equilibrium
