This 10-week online course is self-paced and has two streams: one with content tailored for the individual and the other for the organization. The aim of the course is to provide the scaffolding to explore and ultimately build the inner and outer structures you need to live more fully into who you truly are. Each section of the course is accompanied by video lectures, wellbeing practices and sourced with evidence-based science. This program has been piloted and successfully implemented among social change-makers who struggle with high rates of burnout. The next course will launch in late Spring.
